Job summary

Assiniboine Credit Union Ltd. in Brandon, MB invites applications for a Member Services Representative at the McTavish Branch.

Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, you will engage members in day-to-day transactions, provide guidance, and connect them with specialists across ACU to meet financial goals. You will promote digital-first banking, ensure privacy and security, and contribute to ACU’s commitment to rural and agricultural communities, francophone services, and values-based banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma, plus 2–3 years of job-related experience or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional member service and meet service delivery standards.
• Engage members to uncover needs and connect them with Advisors for solutions.
• Promote, educate, and assist with a digital-first approach and online tools.
• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, cheques, etc.
• Assist with vault, ATM, and cash recycler duties as required.
• Greet members and support lobby, helping the team achieve targets.
• Resolve member issues with first contact resolution when possible.
• Adhere to policies, privacy, and risk-management procedures.
