Job summary

Movati Athletic Inc. is looking for a Member Experience Associate in Richmond Hill, Canada, to enhance our members' experiences by delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing member concerns, assisting with retail operations, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the club.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, holds a High School Diploma, and maintains current CPR & First Aid certifications. We offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and benefits after 3 months of full-time employment.

Your typical work day will be full of interaction and engagement with guests, which also means ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors.

Role

Our Member Experience Associate is responsible for promoting outstanding customer service practices and striving to continuously improve the member experience. You will also:

• Proactively manage and resolve all member concerns, and escalat[e...] serious concerns to the Management team for resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail operations (cafe and pro-shop)
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed and maintained in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, as well as promote them to club members
• Responsible for all sales transactions
• Completes all administrative tasks accurately, diligently and promptly with consistent5 Star customer service
• Assists with member experience events throughout the club as needed

Ontario: Hourly wage range: $17.60 - $23.00/hour.

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to customer service is strongly preferred
