Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a member/client service advisor – sales to help solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You will provide customer service and promote specialized products through multiple channels, aligning with the unit's objectives and Desjardins' standards.

You will establish advisory relationships, analyze client needs, and propose personalized solutions while staying current on products and services.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• Review client needs and compile and analyze data. Handle requests and follow up as needed.
• Assist members and clients, listen to their needs and propose personalized solutions.
• Help identify your unit’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
