Desjardins seeks a Personal Advisor to help build and nurture member and client relationships in a service-focused role. You will advise on tailored financial solutions, drive results, and promote specialized products while maintaining high service standards.

You will identify needs, analyze data, and stay updated on products and practices to deliver personalized offers and ensure client satisfaction within a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience or more preferred.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
• Ability to analyze member/client needs and propose solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish advisory relationships by identifying needs and supporting client retention.
• Advise members and clients on specialized products, services and solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Collect, compile and analyze data; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Stay current with standards, products and services in the field.
