Desjardins in Quebec is seeking a Personal Advisor to build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients, offering tailored service aligned with current strategies and practices. You will promote and sell specialized products and services to meet client needs while ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities include advising on solutions, analyzing client needs, preparing reports, and staying updated on industry standards. Bilingual French and English abilities are required.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Advanced proficiency of English due to duties or tools or interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• Advise members and clients on specialized products, services and solutions and ensure member/client satisfaction. Analyze and meet special client needs, handle requests and follow up as needed.
• Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
