Autismservices seeks a Full-time Member Advisor to join our team in Leoville, Prince Edward Island. This position plays a key role in providing exceptional service to our members. Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact and resolution for member inquiries, advising on financial products, and managing an assigned portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and excel in communication with a focus on accountability, integrity, and respect. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact and the first point of resolution!
• Respond to members inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.
• Promote and sell cash and non-cash related products and services.
• Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.
• Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members banking needs, and enhance the member experience.
• Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200km) as required.
