Job summary

C-Care Health Services is seeking a full-time Medical Office Assistant for a Pain Management Clinic located in London, Ontario. You will greet patients, manage appointments, and maintain EMR while delivering excellent customer service in a busy clinic.

The ideal candidate has a MOA diploma/certificate, EMR proficiency, and strong communication skills. Prior MOA experience is an asset; accommodations available upon request.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in MOA required or preferred.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and patient management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MOA experience in a similar setting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and handle cancellations.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and in person.
• Assist with general office maintenance as needed.
