Role Description

The Medical Office Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Argyle Medical Clinic in Calgary, AB. This role supports the daily operations of the clinic by greeting patients, answering phone calls, and managing appointment scheduling. The Medical Office Assistant coordinates patient flow, verifies insurance information, updates medical records, and ensures accurate data entry in clinic systems.   • Comfort with basic computer applications (e.g., EMR systems, email, scheduling software, spreadsheets).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and provide respectful, inclusive service to all patients.
  • Completion of a Medical Office Assistant or related healthcare administration program preferred.
