Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Canada seeks a Field Service Representative to analyze product implementations, perform repairs, and support the sales team at customer sites across Manitoba and Northern Ontario.

Qualifications

• Required: Post-Secondary Diploma in mechanical, electronics or electrical preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and outstanding driving record.
• Preferred: University Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective, proficient, and timely service and repairs to customers to support sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to account protocols.
• Fault isolation and maintenance of equipment at client sites.
• Promote Stryker products and coordinate follow-up with appropriate personnel.
• Provide post-sale in-servicing on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform warranty, upgrades, field actions, maintenance, installations and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and parts.
• Travel up to 70% within Canada for field service, training, or other technical duties.

Education

Post-Secondary Diploma in mechanical / electronics / electrical preferred, or equivalent experience

Valid driver’s license

University degree (preferred)
