In this role, you will troubleshoot problems and issues, determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Additionally, you will assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications and act as local on-site representative to the customer's organization **What You Will Do:*** Provide effective, proficient, and timely service and repairs to all customers in direct support of the sales team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. **Acute care and Treatment products.*** Adhere to account protocols.
