Qualifications

• 2+ years in diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• College diploma in electronics or equivalent; Biomedical Engineering Technology diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and generating service revenue.
• Travel about 70% across the geography; driving time 1–4 hours daily; occasional overnight travel.
• Perform administrative duties per Philips requirements including timesheets, PMs, installation documents.
• Resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems; complete PMs and related tasks.
• Work safely with radiation sources and PPE as required.
