Job summary

Harvard Media is seeking a results-driven Media Sales Consultant in Yorkton, SK to join our revenue team. You will sell digital and radio marketing solutions, identify client needs, and deliver value-driven strategies while maintaining strong relationships and managing receivables.

The role requires self-motivation, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or with the team, with standard hours 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with a professional approach in dealing with businesses of all sizes.
• Proven ability to foster strong customer relationships.
• Proven track record in achieving targets.
• Self-motivated and activity driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges with prospective and existing customers.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, email, video and in person.
• Build a rapport with new, existing, and potential customers.
• Provide a value-driven and results-focused approach.
• Work within a proprietary CRM pipeline management program
• Consult with customers and demonstrate an understanding of their industry, business, and needs.
• Provide top-level customer service and custom strategy development.
• Manage receivables.
• Be an ambassador for stations and brands.
• Maintain a focus on professional development.
