Job summary

Hercules – Fundy MMS in Truro, Nova Scotia seeks a motivated Territory Sales Manager with a mechanical or trades background. You will transition into a sales role while staying close to the technical side of the industry, building strong customer relationships and delivering practical solutions.

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Hercules – Fundy MMS in Truro, Nova Scotia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical or trades background (such as a millwright or machinist) who is ready to transition into a sales and customer service role while staying close to the technical side of the industry.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes:

• Competitive salary $65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience
• Quarterly commission through our Territory Sales Commission Plan based on individual and territory performance

Key Accountabilities

Requirements

• A background in a mechanical, industrial, or technical trade (e.g., millwright, machinist, mechanical technician) or post‑secondary education in a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort discussing technical equipment and solutions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Motivation to learn sales strategies, build customer relationships, and drive results.
• Previous sales or account management experience is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate with the right attitude and transferable skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to pass background, reference, and driver’s abstract checks.
