Continental Chain & Rigging Ltd in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow revenue across a defined territory. You will build relationships, pursue new opportunities, and represent CCR's industrial products with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

The role involves travel, occasional evenings/weekends, and collaboration with a national industrial group. A college diploma or related degree is considered an asset, with competitive base pay and commissions.

Responsibilities

Continental Chain & Rigging (CCR), part of the Hercules Group of Companies, is looking for a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Edmonton, AB . You'll develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and represent our industrial products and solutions, backed by the expertise, resources, and support of a national industrial organization.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
• Plan and conduct face-to-face sales visits to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate CCR products and solutions.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage customer accounts, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with branch employees and other sales team members to develop effective sales strategies.
• Balance customer visits, prospecting, and branch-based activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer needs and market opportunities to support business growth.
• Travel outside Edmonton as required to meet customers and develop business.

This is a customer-facing position requiring out-of-town travel. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.
