Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Stellar Industrial branch in Dartmouth, NS. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing orders, and supporting sales activities to meet daily goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and is currently based in the area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Driven to reach sales goals and learn new skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be currently living in the area.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to Stellar’ prospective customers and current customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met on-site.
• Enters all orders in a timely manner and communicates the information to the respective personnel.
• Maintains an accurate database – update customer information as required.
• Supports ongoing sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations etc.
• Assists customers with product information and other inquiries.
• Proactively contacts the customer to promote Stellar’ products and services to meet/exceed daily outbound call goals.
• Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and the product supply functions within Stellar.
• Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Supports Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence.
• Responsibilities include making hoses, including hydraulic hoses.
