Continental Chain & Rigging (CCR), part of the Hercules Group of Companies, is seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our Edmonton, AB team. You will develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and represent our industrial products and solutions, backed by a national organization.

Ideal candidates have sales and account management experience, preferably in industrial or technical sectors, and can travel within the territory to meet customers and grow revenue.

• Previous sales and account management experience.
• Experience in industrial sales, technical products, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
• Plan and conduct face-to-face sales visits to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate CCR products and solutions.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage customer accounts, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with branch employees and other sales team members to develop effective sales strategies.
• Balance customer visits, prospecting, and branch-based activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer needs and market opportunities to support business growth.
• Travel outside Edmonton as required to meet customers and develop business.
