M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Limited in the GTA is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing) Revit Designer to join our building services team.

You will collaborate with a project manager on design and drafting for high‑rise residential projects using REVIT. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical building services, strong communication skills, and at least 4 years of REVIT MEP experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in mechanical building services.

• Ability to work under deadlines in a complex environment.
• College graduate in mechanical building services.
• Min 4 years REVIT MEP experience with HVAC/plumbing layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform REVIT tasks within given hours.
• Adhere to REVIT MEP standards.
• Coordinate drawings with codes.
• Review drawings with other disciplines.
• Develop piping layout and duct runs with other components.
• Check layouts for clashes and interferences.
• Develop mechanical rooms details and layouts.
