MECCA Brands in Melbourne Central is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) to lead the store on a secondment until January 2027 at 30 hours per week. You will drive exceptional customer experiences and coach the team to achieve KPIs.

We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager (3IC) to help lead our MECCA Melbourne Central store in VIC on a secondment until January 2027 at 30 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
• Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:
