Job summary

Farm Boy in Ontario seeks a store supervisor to lead a welcoming shopping experience by blending hands-on supervision with exceptional customer service, ensuring the department is ready to serve customers with confidence and care.

You will mentor teammates, delegate tasks, stock displays, and uphold Service Standards while promoting a culture of trust and inclusion. The role may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently with pride in high-quality results and cleanliness.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on coaching and training.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s standards.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Provide floor supervision and team support by delegating tasks and coordinating breaks.
• Package, stock, and rotate display counters and shelves to maintain quality and presentation.
• Foster a culture of trust by providing hands-on training and coaching for floor operations and service excellence.
• Promote policies and communicate department updates and business objectives from store leadership.
