Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a team and deliver our welcoming shopping experience. You will supervise floor operations, staff, and service standards, ensuring daily readiness and high product quality.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and clear communication to maintain Farm Boy’s exceptional customer service and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Partial completion of a post-secondary program plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently with high-quality results, attention to detail, and cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on team engagement, coaching, and training.
• Collaborative leadership style with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor supervision and team support by delegating tasks and coordinating breaks.
• Deliver warm, confident customer service reflecting Farm Boy’s standards.
• Stock, rotate and maintain display counters and shelves for quality and freshness.
• Train and coach team members on floor operations and service excellence.
• Communicate department updates and business objectives from store leadership.
• Support team with additional duties as needed.
