Responsibilities

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards: keep department clean, organized, zone properly, rotate stock and remove expired items.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing: ensure items are signed and priced, follow procedures for ordering, clearance, signings, pricing and labeling.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices: adhere to food safety, temperature checks, proper handling, rotation, sell-by and expiration dates.
• Prepare and Serve Deli Products: take orders and prepare deli items using slicers, rotisserie ovens, fryers and other tools.
• Health and Safety Compliance: follow health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe, clean environment.
