As part of the team, you help create a fresh, inviting shopping experience for customers.

What You'll Do

• Keep the department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times. Rotate stock regularly and remove expired or unsellable products.
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly signed and priced. Follow established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Adhere to food safety and cold chain standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, and expiration date compliance.
• Take customer orders and prepare deli items such as meat, cheese, and fried chicken. Use slicers, stackers, rotisserie ovens, deep fryers, and other tools safely to prepare food, fill display cases, and complete special customer orders.
• Follow all Health and Safety guidelines and Company policies to maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Physical Demands

• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency.

Pay

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.20 per hour.
