• Adheres to food safety and cold chain standards, including temperature checks, calibration, and date compliance.
• Prepares and serves deli products (meat, cheese, fried chicken); uses slicers and ovens safely to fill displays and complete orders.
• Follows Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
