Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Field Sales professional to grow market share for home services in the Victoria, BC area.

You will build relationships with MDU property managers and leasing teams, prospect the territory, and support events and programs to drive Internet and TV sales. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Aufgaben

• Grow market share, revenue and customer penetration within your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with MDUs and leasing teams to position Rogers as the provider of choice.
• Prospect in your territory, including door-to-door outreach, to generate leads and new customer relationships.
• Plan and support marketing events and sales programs in-person and virtually in MDU communities.
• Take a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend Rogers home solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues as needed.
