Job summary

Rogers Communications is seeking a Field Sales professional in Victoria, BC to develop territory plans and grow penetration for Rogers home services. You will build relationships with MDU property managers and leasing staff, plan events, and present tailored Rogers solutions to meet household needs.

The role requires proactive prospecting, end-to-end order entry, and achieving sales targets across Internet, TV, and Wireless products. Applicants must be mobile drivers with a vehicle for business.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills.
• Strong sense of ownership; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to increase penetration, market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff.
• Plan and execute marketing events and sales programs within MDU Buildings.
• Evaluate customer needs to offer Rogers solutions for household communication needs.
• Build customer loyalty by delivering best in class customer service and escalating issues.
