Job summary

Rogers is seeking a Field Sales Specialist in Victoria, BC to drive growth across Internet, TV and Wireless services. You will develop territory plans, build strong relationships with MDU property managers, and execute sales campaigns both in-person and virtually.

This role requires a consultative approach to identify customer needs and close deals. You will work onsite in Victoria with travel up to 75% and will use Salesforce and Excel for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to increase penetration, market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff.
• Plan and run marketing events and sales programs in MDU buildings (in-person and virtual).
• Evaluate customer needs with a consultative approach to offer Rogers solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct door-to-door prospecting to generate leads and acquire new MDU relations and customers.
• Process orders end-to-end using multiple sales tools and systems.
• Meet or exceed sales targets across Internet, TV, and Wireless products.
