Rogers Communications, Inc. in North York, ON is seeking a Field Sales Specialist for the Multi-Dwelling Unit segment.

The role focuses on face-to-face sales of Rogers home services, building relationships with property management and tenants, and delivering tailored solutions to meet household needs. You will drive territory plans, manage events (in-person/virtual), and excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with target-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to increase penetration, market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff.
• Plan and execute marketing events and sales programs within MDU buildings.
• Evaluate customer needs through a consultative approach to offer Rogers solutions.
• Build customer loyalty by delivering best in class customer service and escalating issues.
• Conduct door-to-door prospecting within assigned territory to generate leads and acquire new MDU relations and customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Internet, TV, and Wireless products.
