Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation is seeking a Materials & Logistics Coordinator to oversee procurement, warehouse, and inventory management for government services in Old Crow. You will ensure materials are available for day-to-day operations and projects, manage receiving and records, and support asset management.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will coordinate purchasing, maintain compliance, and oversee transport logistics to Old Crow, including air shipments and seasonal road options.

The Materials and Logistics Coordinator coordinates the procurement, warehouse, and inventory management process to ensure materials are accessible and available for the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation (VGFN). This position provides oversight of the purchasing and inventory management and control functions for asset management at VGFN. The Materials & Logistics Coordinator also oversees the receipt and delivery of required goods so that required materials are available for the day-to-day operations and projects for VGFN.
