Job summary

Bombardier, a leader in aerospace, is seeking a Material Logistics Agent to support part quotations, supplier coordination and orders. You will input data in SAP, monitor lead times and ensure parts arrive when needed for in‑service maintenance.

The role requires strong negotiation, bilingual communication, and the ability to analyze issues and propose corrective actions while driving efficiency improvements across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with relevant experience.
• 2–7 years of operations/business management experience.
• 2–12 years in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate part repair/overhaul quotations from suppliers for approval, and challenge them when warranty terms, pricing, or work scope do not align with Bombardier’s expectations.
• Input and update information across various SAP transactions and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support critical customer orders and ad‑hoc in-service maintenance activities by expediting part reception from suppliers beyond contractual parameters (e.g., lead time).
• Solve moderately complex problems within your area of expertise.
• Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management.
• Drive daily continuous improvement initiatives, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans to address KPIs of increasing complexity.
