Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Material Logistics Agent at the Marcel-Laurin Plant in Montreal, Canada. This role involves participating in the construction of advanced business jets and ensuring all required parts and materials are present on time on the assembly line.

The ideal candidate is bilingual and has a background in logistics or industrial engineering, along with experience in the aeronautical or automotive fields. The position supports flexible and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the aeronautical or automotive field is an asset.
• Great interest in planning, coordinating work, continuous improvement, and value-added production.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the construction of the most complete business jets in the industry.
• Communicate information on shortages and work closely with supply and manufacturing logistics teams.
• Ensure that required parts and materials are present on time on the assembly line.
• Interact with several multifunctional teams such as logistics, supply, methods, Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines and orchestrate catch-up plans if necessary.
• Define and implement an inventory management strategy that integrates with the capital management strategy.
• Support the integration of new tools into the Bombardier manufacturing system.
