Alliance Door Products in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler/Forklift Operator to support shipping and receiving, pick orders, unload inbound shipments, and load customer trucks while maintaining accurate inventory counts.

Qualifications include Reach Truck forklift experience (Hyster asset preferred), ability to read pick lists and inventory labels, and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read pick lists and inventory labels.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull items up to 50 lbs., and maneuver items up to 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy to prevent errors in order fulfillment.
• Basic math and counting skills for verifying quantities.
• Good communication skills — verbal and written, for reporting issues or working with team members.
• Prior door industry experience would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders (doors, hardware, door-related materials).
• Unload inbound shipments and load customer trucks.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle doors and door-related materials.
• Support shipping and receiving department and maintain accurate records.

Job description

Warehouse Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Position: Material Handler/Order Picker

Duties: This role is responsible for supporting our shipping and receiving department by picking orders (doors, hardware, door-related materials), unloading inbound shipments, loading customer trucks, performing inventory counts and handling doors and door related materials.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm

Compensation (depending on experience): $21 to $23 per hour
