Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and stage customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Transport steel materials and coils throughout the production floor to support manufacturing operations.
• Ensure materials are delivered to the correct workstations in a timely manner.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with production and shipping teams to meet daily targets.
• Other production duties as required (banding, wrapping, and labeling).

Forma Steel creates steel roofing, siding, trim & custom panels in a variety of gauges, colors, and finishes. We manufacture our product in Fort Macleod, AB, just 25 minutes west of Lethbridge, AB.

We are currently looking to hire the following position in our Forma Steel facility:

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Position Summary

This role is responsible for efficiently moving materials throughout the production facility, preparing customer orders for shipment, and supporting overall production flow. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
