Job summary

Astral Operations is seeking a Master Data Administrator to own centralised master data, drive governance and data quality across the Poultry MIS landscape. You will collaborate with operations, finance and IT to standardise data structures and ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience and a structured, process-driven approach to maintain data integrity, support system implementations and enable reliable decision-making across divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in master data, data quality or governance roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and large data sets.
• Knowledge of Poultry or FMCG is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern centralised master data records.
• Standardise master data structures and naming conventions.
• Perform data cleansing and integrity management.
• Monitor data quality and conduct periodic reviews and reconciliations.
• Support data governance controls and approval workflows.
• Coordinate data requirements across divisions.
