Job summary

Giveandgo is seeking a Data Master Specialist to maintain ERP master data, focusing on Item Master, BOM, Routings, and pricing within Visual ERP. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering and Sales to ensure data accuracy and integrity, supporting Tru Hue initiative goals.

The role emphasizes data governance, validation, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive informed decision making and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or business administration.
Minimum 2 years' experience supporting an enterprise ERP or MDM solution.
Experience with Master Data Management or Data Governance.
Experience with Visual ERP or similar system.
Strong Excel skills; SQL and Power BI are a plus.
Detail oriented, organized and process driven.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain Item Master, Raw material, packaging materials, WIP BOM and Routings.
Ensure Finished Goods in Visual ERP are accurately set up and maintained.
Rectify data issues and liaise with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Perform data validation and QA, including UI verification for data extraction.
Maintain accurate Item information through data validation.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights to improve processes.
Prepare and update operating procedures and related documentation.
