Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a MarTech AdTech Architect to lead architecture design and technical delivery on a large-scale retail media and data transformation program. Hybrid work model in Canada, owning end-to-end architecture across ad serving, identity resolution, measurement, and cloud data platforms.

You will govern offshore delivery teams, define API contracts, data schemas, and integration standards, and steer architecture decisions in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution or technical architecture with 3+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or MarTech.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data pipelines, and ad tech integrations.
• Breadth across ad servers, identity resolution, measurement, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across ad serving, data pipelines, identity, measurement, and reporting.
• Lead technical discovery translating business requirements into architecture decisions.
• Define API contracts, data schemas, and integration standards across engineering workstreams.
• Govern offshore teams with architecture reviews and sprint ceremonies.
• Produce architecture documents and data flow diagrams throughout delivery.
• Architect API-first retail media ad servers and DSP connections.
• Design onsite ad serving infrastructure for various formats and migrations.
• Configure programmatic demand integrations and cutover strategies.
• Define workflows for order management, trafficking, and self-serve advertiser portal.
