Job summary

Konrad is seeking a skilled MarTech Developer to design and implement marketing technology solutions. You will work across CRM, analytics, and automation platforms to enable customer engagement and meaningful insights.

You will build scalable integrations, configure major Adobe tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into deployable software while continuously improving processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development or marketing technology or a related technical role.
• Experience with Adobe martech platforms such as AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Analytics, Campaign, Workfront.
• Experience working with APIs, web services, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies including HTTP, REST APIs, authentication, and cloud-based apps.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Braze, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CDPs, analytics platforms, and marketing attribution concepts.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mentality and a drive to deliver client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CRM, marketing automation, analytics and other platforms.
• Build scalable solutions for lead generation, engagement, personalization, and measurement.
• Develop apps, APIs, workflows, and automation to support client objectives.
• Configure and optimize MarTech platforms like AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, and Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with data sources, APIs, and reporting tools to enable actionable insights.
• Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality software.
• Research emerging MarTech technologies and best practices.
• Communicate clearly with teams and clients throughout development lifecycle.
