Coolbet is on the lookout for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Canadian Marketing team! In this fun and fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in building customer loyalty and helping make Coolbet the top choice for Sportsbook, Casino, and Poker fans. We're looking for someone fluent in French Canadian, as you’ll be leading all marketing efforts for our French-speaking audience, both externally and within the team, while creating engaging content that really speaks their language. If you’re excited to bring fresh ideas to the table and be part of a passionate, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

• Developing and executing marketing communications tailored to both current and prospective French-speaking customers.
• Enhancing the quality and efficiency of internal Marketing processes and tools, enabling seamless, scalable promotions while optimizing team workflows.
• Leading the development of the brand narrative in Canada, shaping messaging and creativity that resonates powerfully with the regional audience and strengthens brand presence.
• Collaborating on the creation of bold, eye-catching creative that makes a lasting impact in the marketplace, while staying ahead of market trends and industry movements to keep the broader team informed of key insights and opportunities.

You're good at

• You have a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Communicating fluently in both English and Canadian French, with the ability to write and adapt content that truly connects with francophone audiences.
• You have a solid understanding of sports betting, online casino, and poker - not just as a casual player, but as someone who knows the landscape, the lingo, and the user behaviors that drive engagement.
• You’re genuinely passionate about sports, betting culture, and gaming communities, and you instinctively understand what resonates with these audiences - because you're part of them.
• Bonus points if you've worked in the iGaming industry.
