What You Would Do

• Create, develop and implement marketing assets and strategies to meet company goals.
• Develop, execute, monitor and adjust the annual marketing plan, strategies, and campaigns with the goal of meeting or exceeding the company’s lead goals within the company’s budget.
• Responsible for management of all social media marketing.
• Manage and update website content.
• Coordinate customer referral program.
• Create blog, case studies and email newsletter to show and promote company services.
• Create text-based and/or narrated videos to accompany online content and stories.
• Communicates marketing initiatives and programs to employees.
• Track and report weekly on KPI’s.

What We Need for this Role:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred and 2+ years of experience in the marketing fieldOR a combination of education and experience to demonstrate a proven track record in this field.
• Proficiency in operating computer software and digital analytic programs
• Skill in graphic design software
• Proficiency in English language
• Sound knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Ability to create and implement a marketing plan including managing marketing budget costs
• Great team player
