Job summary

• Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Knowledge of insurance and personal financial products and financial industry
• Working knowledge of Primerica systems (POL, Mainframe, public site) an asset
• Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines
• Excellent organization skills and detailed oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Public speaking, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
• Able to work independently in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

Responsibilities

• Review marketing materials for accuracy and sign-off
• Coordinate with publications to meet deadlines and provide feedback
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, distribution, social media to ensure timelines
• Handle inquiries from the field force related to products, materials and production
• Oversee creation and maintenance of marketing materials across print, video and online
• Update POL and public websites with leaders and marketing information
• Implement and support marketing software programs and logs
• Assist with audits and reviews of the marketing area
• Provide reception desk backup and handle inquiries as needed
