About this PositionWe are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is a front line position responsible for agency communications review (department inbox, vendor submissions) and administering general department information to applicable responsible persons. In addition this position reviews prewritten publication material content for Canadian context and administers through the legal submission and sign off process.This posting reflects an existing vacancy within the organization.Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000Responsibilities and QualificationsResponsibilities:Ø Responsible to review marketing materials to ensure accurate, relevant, current information and obtain appropriate sign-offØ Work with publications to meet deadlines and provide feedback for new or updated materialsØ Working with various departments, i.e. legal, compliance, distribution, social media, RMC- to ensure time standards are defined and maintainedØ Handles inquiries from the field force related to products, marketing materials, and productionØ Oversee the creation, maintain timelines, and follow up on product; print, video and online support of marketing materialsØ Support Company and Canada Client Solution programs- updating POL and public websites with Leaders and MarketingØ Implement and support Marketing software programs; MAT logs, Marketing documents logs, AdmasterØ Assist with audit and reviews for the marketing area by following procedures and pulling supporting documentation as neededØ Backup for Reception desk, including answering the phone, directing visitors (clients, representatives, deliveries, etc.) and other tasks as assignedØ Support overall marketing effort as may be assignedQualifications:Ø Post-secondary education, or equivalent knowledge through working experienceØ Strong cross-departmental collaboration skillsØ Knowledge of insurance and personal financial products and financial industryØ Working knowledge of Primerica systems (POL, Mainframe, public site) an assetØ Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlinesØ Excellent organization skills and detailed orientedØ Excellent verbal and written communication skillsØ Public speaking, interpersonal skills, and presentation skillsØ Able to work independently in a team environmentØ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)It has been and will continue to be the policy of Primerica, Inc., and its subsidiaries to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
