Norton Rose Fulbright Canada is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to design and execute demand generation strategies that support firm objectives across energy, infrastructure and corporate practices. The role is supported by offices in Montreal or Toronto with a 4-day in-office pattern.
The role focuses on multi-channel campaigns, partner engagement, and translating business goals into measurable programs that drive client engagement and growth across national practice areas.

This national position requires a seasoned marketing professional to create and execute demand generation strategies that support the firm's strategic objectives across various practice areas, sectors, and client growth initiatives.
The role calls for experience in marketing and communications, particularly in leading multi-channel campaigns especially in leading demand generation campaigns and offering strategic counsel to national practice chairs and sector leaders. It also involves helping them convert business goals and strategies into effective, measurable programs that drive growth.
The successful candidate will help translate business goals and market opportunities into measurable marketing programs that enhance client engagement, strengthen market position, and drive growth.
This role will primarily support the firm's energy, infrastructure and resources and corporate (financial services) practices.
The salary bands provided reflect the typical range for this role in the region indicated. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of experiences and skills, and final compensation will be thoughtfully determined based on individual qualifications and current market factors. Please note that salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview.
Toronto: $111,600 - $137,800
