This role collaborates with practice groups and leadership nationwide, guiding strategy, mentoring the team, and driving process improvements while delivering measurable impact across rankings and visibility.
We are seeking a Client Programs Senior Manager to join our Clients & Markets team. This role leads the team responsible for delivering the firm’s market recognition programs and initiatives, while directly managing and contributing to high-profile directory submissions, award nominations, and other profile-raising activities. The role supports the firm's market recognition strategy, drives profile growth, and advances process improvements across the function.
The role works closely with the practice and with colleagues across the Clients & Markets team. It involves continuous engagement with leadership and lawyers across the country and requires strong project management skills and a track record of developing trusted relationships.
