Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing for an 8-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing with a financial services background. This position is currently remote, with the potential to move to a hybrid model (2 days per week in office).

As a Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Delivering on time, within the marketing budget, and with rigorous adherence to policies and procedures to meet strategic business objectives.
2. Leading the development and delivery of marketing tactics and special projects (offer, creative, target audience, channel) to fulfill business targets in collaboration with the Director and Senior Managers.
3. Working with team members across Marketing and other lines of business to ensure successful management of assigned projects.

Qualifications required for the Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing include:

• Writing sample or portfolio must be included
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in an agency or in a client role specializing in email marketing.
• Full cycle marketing experience - creative and back-end reporting.
• Agency management and briefing experience.
• MARCOM experience.
• Previous relationship management experience
