Marketing Coordinator – Full-Time | Hybrid | Downtown Toronto

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team and play a vital role in their awards and recognition programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into details, crafting compelling narratives, and collaborating across all levels of an organization. You’ll be responsible for researching individual and company achievements, preparing persuasive submissions for industry awards, and supporting the company’s broader recognition efforts.

This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in a vibrant downtown Toronto office—easily accessible by GO Transit or subway.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research and gather key information on employee and organizational accomplishments.
  • Write engaging, well-structured submissions for award programs and other recognition opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to gather insights and success stories.
  • Maintain accurate records and data using internal CRM or sales platforms.
  • Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality outputs every time.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills—experience with grant writing, proposals, marketing content, or award submissions is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with databases, CRMs, or sales platforms.
