Job summary

Amico Group of Companies in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking a Marketing & Contracts Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives and contracts, supporting the sales team across divisions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment, excellent organization and communication skills, and strong MS Office proficiency. Bachelor’s degree preferred; on‑site parking and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or contracts administration.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate contract review, redlining and approvals.
• Support product launches and trade show activities with accurate materials.
• Serve as liaison between Sales and internal departments.
