What You’ll Do

As our Content Creator , you will:

Transform raw material into polished content

• Take founder-led videos, webinars, podcasts, and transcripts and turn them into blog posts, comparison articles, and landing pages.
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, and others) to accelerate first drafts, but rely on sharp editing to make it human.

Handle the full content publishing pipeline

• Edit and optimize articles in WordPress, including formatting, internal linking, image compression, alt text, and embedded media.
• Add screenshots, video embeds, and sidebars with tips or CTAs to increase engagement and conversion.

Implement SEO best practices

• Conduct keyword research (SurferSEO, Ahrefs, or similar).
• Apply on-page SEO strategies (titles, headers, meta descriptions, internal links, schema).
• Track rankings and optimize published posts over time.

Create and maintain AI-assisted workflows

• Build repeatable content workflows using tools like Descript, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Zapier, or Make.
• Test new AI tools that improve speed or quality of content creation and editing.

Translate our deep customer knowledge into useful content

• Turn founder insights and product knowledge into content that drives organic growth, product education, and customer success.
• Incorporate founder insights and authentic storytelling to connect with our ICP and enhance authority using our Founder-Led SEO framework.

Skills & Experience You’ll Need

• Strong writing and editing skills in English (French is a big plus)
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (Gutenberg, SEO plugins, image/media embeds)
• Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, etc.)
• Good eye for design and layout—comfortable editing screenshots, adding videos, or basic graphic elements
• Experience working in the sports/leisure industry is a plus.
