Marketing and Communications – Proposals and Business Development / Full Time / Hybrid
At DIALOG, we’re passionate about design. We believe it can and should meaningfully improve the wellbeing of communities – including those who inhabit them and the environment we share. We’ve come together because we see important challenges facing communities becoming increasingly complex and therefore best shared through diverse perspectives and expertise. We’re looking for motivated, proactive, and highly collaborative individuals who embody our spirit and can place DIALOG at the forefront of design thinking.
The Marketing and Business Development (M+BD) Manager for the Edmonton region will work closely with relevant Chairs, practice / region group members, marketing and communications team members, and other stakeholders. You will increase the studio’s profile, deepen community ties, expand networks, identify networking opportunities, craft compelling stories, and secure strategically aligned projects. Understanding local market needs and shifting conversations around architecture, engineering, and design will be key to leading regional discussions aligned with our strategic plan.
You will lead a local team and coordinate with global shared services. Responsibilities include spreading regional and practice-wide messages and keeping team members informed. The role may also encompass practice groups or disciplines to support, requiring active engagement with clients, industry, and stakeholders.
