AutoCanada is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist in Edmonton, AB to own and scale our marketing automation platform, Iterable. You’ll develop personalized customer journeys across sales and service, expanding the lifecycle program with a modern data stack.

You will optimize segmentation, measure performance, and drive lead conversions and retention. This is an onsite, immediate-hire role in a fast-paced, data-driven dealership group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with marketing automation platforms and driving growth through lifecycle campaigns.
• Ability to design and optimize customer journeys using data.
• Strong segmentation and personalization capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Own Iterable as the marketing automation platform across sales and service.
• Build, launch, and manage automated email and SMS journeys in Iterable.
• Employ advanced segmentation to tailor messaging and offers.
• Measure lead conversions, retention, and engagement; optimize campaigns.
• Conduct regular A/B testing on triggers, journeys, and timing.
• Collaborate with account managers, dealership teams, and data groups to align strategy.
• Maintain data integrity across systems for reliable reporting.
• Monitor deliverability and list health to sustain high engagement.
