The team
The National Institute on Ageing (NIA) is a think tank within Toronto Metropolitan University dedicated to improving the lives of older Canadians through policy solutions related to health, financial security, and social well-being.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced bilingual marketing and communications professional passionate about ageing research and supporting older Canadians. The Marketing and Communications Officer will lead and coordinate the NIA’s marketing efforts, including managing budgets, creating content, and overseeing digital and print materials.
Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, researching promotional strategies, advising on branding, managing content creation, and coordinating report productions. The role involves managing the NIA website, social media channels, and monthly newsletter, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials.
