Job description

The Marketing Analyst Marketing Services role will report to the Director Client Marketing and will be responsible for supporting the executing holistic marketing plans to drive growth while strengthening the Visa brand. This role will support the development and expansion of our Marketing Consulting Practice (Visa Marketing Services) selling and executing engagements that help Visas clients (Issuers Merchants Acquirers Fintechs) strengthen their business through market research media strategy performancebased marketing and sponsorships. This position will collaborate with internal Visa teams such as : Product Sales Research Legal and Marketing teams from other regions. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a dynamic fastmoving and highly matrixed environment. Candidate should have a results and detailoriented flexible and have a can do positive attitude. Additionally you possess a strong track record in working collaboratively with internal team members stakeholders and external clients. Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and marketing expert for Canada Client Marketing on behalf of the clients business.
• Nurture and grow client relationship establishing Canada Client Marketing as preferred marketing partner.
• Develop and manage annual marketing plans including revenue targets budget and monthly forecasting with the NA Marketing Services team.
• Participate in client meetings championing marketing services in shaping client program strategy.
• Support sellin and implementation of marketing services including research and insights marketing strategy creative development execution analysis and sponsorships to help advance client marketing initiatives and business objectives.
• Collaborate across client agency partners and Visa stakeholders (account executives digital partnerships product sponsorships operations legal and compliance as well as NA Client Marketing Delivery) to ideate and launch innovative highimpact marketing campaigns.
• Ideate scope pitch negotiate contract and launch innovative marketing campaigns.
• Support the measurement analysis and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business results where applicable.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications : Basic Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
• 0 4 years progressively responsible business experience with majority in marketing or marketing consulting experience in the financial services or payments
• Successful in operating in a fastpaced highly matrixed organizations
• Strong interpersonal skills excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient on all Microsoft products including Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint
• Previous work experience in payments marketing advertising or consulting roles
• Team player with experience coordinating cross functional endtoend projects that included a high level of detail and ability to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
• Selfmotivated and proactive in asking questions / proposing solutions
• Strong process orientation : able to create processes from scratch and able to identify and drive continuous improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills : create visually clear concise and insightful work product and are comfortable presenting to senior leaders
• A relationship builder who earns the trust and rapport of partners at multiple levels
• Ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment while being levelheaded under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and quick to adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability and initiative to selfmanage when necessary and ability to multitask to support multiple efforts as needed
• Experience running meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance and process correctness of projects to adhere to Visa key controls and brand standards
